Every guest
will be required to sign the
"Williams Fork Lodging Use, Waive and Agreement"
I, the above signed, agree
and understand I am a guest on private property and any surrounding
properties; be it private or government. And, as a guest, I will
respect all properties and their rules. I will not trespass on
any private or posted lands.
I, the above signed, agree
and understand that there are known and unpredictable risks,
hazards, and dangers without limitations. I assume and accept
any and all responsibility for consequences.
Because I acknowledge these
risks, I knowingly and intentionally waive and release, Greg
Bayda and/or Dale Bayda dba WILLIAMS FORK LODGING (WFL) from
and against any and all claims, actions, cause of action, liabilities,
suits, expenses, and negligence of any kind or nature as a result
of my use of the WFL properties and surrounding private property
whether such damage, loss, injury or death results from the negligence
of the Bayda's and/or WFL, its employees, volunteers, agents,
and contractor or some other cause.
I, for myself, my heirs,
my successors, executors, further agree not to sue WFL or its
owners, in connection of my use of the reserved time at WFL.
WFL, the Bayda's, are not
responsible for damage or destruction of client's personal belongings
and/or rentals or any sort.
The client will bear the
full cost of repairs, replacements or cleaning with the damage/cleaning
deposit, if necessary.
